Personal Support Workers, also known as personal care attendants or home support workers, are healthcare professionals who provide essential daily care and support for individuals such as the elderly, disabled or those recovering from illness or injuries.

Personal Support Worker Program Requirements
To enroll in the Personal Support Worker Program, you need:
✅Ontario Secondary School Degree (OSSD) or equivalent
✅Complete a Medical Certificate Immunization Form
✅Complete a Canada-Wide Policies Clearance of Criminal Record, including Vulnerable Sector
✅ Be at least 18 years of age
✅ Pass an approved qualifying test
English Language Requirements:
If English is not your first language, you must provide proof of English proficiency. We require any one of the following:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
- CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment)
- Duolingo English test
- NACC Written Entrance Exam
